Best time to Visit Kumbh Mela

Shahi Snan in Kumbh Mela(Royal Bath) Dates:

These are the most auspicious days of the Kumbh Mela when the Shahi Snan or royal bath takes place. They are based on specific astrological alignments and are the focal points of the festival.
Best for: Experiencing the spiritual essence and witnessing the grand processions of sadhus and religious leaders.
Crowd Level: Extremely crowded. Millions of pilgrims attend, making it a truly overwhelming but remarkable experience.

Important Bathing Dates:

The bathing dates other than Royal bathing are Important bathing dates. One can participate in or witness many rituals, religious discussions, and cultural activities.
Best for: A balanced experience of spirituality and cultural events without the extreme crowds of the Shahi Snan days.
Crowd Level: High, but not as intense as during the Shahi Snan.

Normal Bathing Dates (non-Shahi):
